Celina Jaitley has at last won the battle of legalizing the gay rights, for which she was fighting for the last few years. Celina has actively participated in all the rallies and protest by the gay and homosexual communities. She was even seen in the recently held Delhi parade. Though she faced many critical reviews from her fans for openly supporting the rights of gay community, but this didn’t let her hope and courage down. It’s though difficult to answer why she is so much concerned and related to this particular issue. One particular post of her blog revealed that the guy on whom she had a crush and later dated during her early teenage years turned out to be homosexual and even after facing the truth she continued her friendship with that guy, may be that particular incident was so touchy that she was influenced and respected that community. She even raised this issue in her blog on “itimes” which received many hits. Few other celebrities were also seen commenting and supporting the Government’s decision includes John Abraham, Aamir Khan, Rohit Bal, socialite Ayesha Thapar and many more. It’s true that Celina’s movie characters are not so impressive at all but her commitment towards the social issue really deserves round loud of applause.
